Refund Policy

Nexus Academy Ltd

At Nexus Academy Ltd, we are committed to providing high-quality short courses and an excellent learning experience. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds will be issued for course fees.

1. Application and Registration Fees

  • Application and registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.

 

2. Course Fee Refunds

  • Refunds for course fees will only be considered under the following conditions:

 

a. Student-Initiated Withdrawal

  • 7 or more days before course commencement:

    • 80% of the course fee will be refunded.

  • Less than 7 days before course commencement:

    • 50% of the course fee will be refunded.

  • After course commencement:

    • No refund will be issued.

 

b. Course Cancellation by Nexus Academy

  • If Nexus Academy cancels a course before it starts, students will receive a 100% refund of the course fee (excluding registration fee).

 

3. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund, students must:

  • Submit a written request via email to [Insert Official Email Address]

  • Include the following:

    • Full name

    • Course name

    • Reason for withdrawal

    • Proof of payment (receipt/transaction ID)

Refund requests will be processed within 15 working days of receiving the written application.

 

4. Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be made through the original payment method or via bank transfer to the account provided by the student.

  • Any bank or transaction fees will be deducted from the refund amount.

 

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare and genuine cases such as serious illness, bereavement, or force majeure, Nexus Academy may, at its sole discretion, consider a partial refund or course deferment. Valid documentary evidence must be submitted in such cases.
